Oiled wood floors — vacuum first (SEBO or Dyson both fine), then barely-damp microfibre + plain water only. No wet-mop, steam, soap, vinegar, bleach.

Stone & marble (kitchen quartzite, powder/bathroom marble) — pH-neutral cleaner or water only. No acid (incl. vinegar / limescale remover), no bleach, no all-purpose spray.

Dog on site — pet-safe products only; keep external doors shut; wipe paws.

🧹 SEBO is for the deep-clean cycles. Everywhere else (daily/regular) SEBO or Dyson — either is fine, including on the wood floors.

Methods & products — by item

🌿 Products: dog- & child-safe, eco where it works, low-fragrance. Microfibre + a gentle product does the job — no bleach, ammonia or heavy-duty descalers. Core kit: eco all-purpose (Ecover / Method / Bio-D) · white vinegar + citric acid (limescale on hard surfaces only) · bicarbonate of soda · pet-safe enzyme cleaner. Exception: fabric/carpet stains — use the most effective remover (Dr Beckmann); they set fast.
